    Description

    Obtain new customer relationships and manage existing relationships by identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through analysis and daily interactions conducted with customers in order to achieve targeted growth of the assigned portfolio according to the business plan Responsibilities 1.

    Get new clients Obtain new clients, perform financial analysis and submit accurate credit applications to ensure a great signing experience; Achieving set goals and securing profitable business transactions 2.

    Portfolio management Offering new solutions to existing clients, enrolling clients in alternative channels and added services to increase transaction volume and growth of assigned portfolio 3.

    Relationship management Review customer files to ensure current and future needs are met; Identify and respond to customer requirements and ensure complaints are resolved within agreed set times to build and maintain long-term relationships 4.

    Risk management Conducting visits to clients; Understand and report risk profiles and highlight/update authorized authorities of any changes for necessary action 5.

    Policies, processes, systems and procedures Adhere to all relevant organizational policies, processes, standard procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while providing the required level of service to customers and stakeholders 6.
