• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for various positions within the real estate industry.<\/span>

• Proactively source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry -specific platforms.<\/span>

• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and background screenings.<\/span>

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, qualifications, and selection criteria.<\/span>

• Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and potential candidates.<\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations to leverage additional candidate sources.<\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  Qualifications<\/span>:<\/span>

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/span>

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in the UAE as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within the real estate industry or a related field.<\/span>

  • Strong understanding of real estate job roles, qualifications, and industry -specific recruitment challenges.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates effectively, hiring managers, and stakeholders.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong organizational and time -management skills to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast -paced, deadline -driven environment.<\/span>
