    • Strong analytical skillsand proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics,Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
    • Experience withA/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and other growthhacking techniques.
    • Proficiency in digitalmarketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social mediaadvertising, email marketing, and contentmarketing.
    • Excellent communication andcollaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionallyand influence stakeholders at alllevels.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solvingskills, with a willingness to experiment and take calculatedrisks.
