- Collaboratewith product managers and developers to identify and prioritizegrowth opportunities within the product, such as user onboardingflows, feature enhancements, and conversionfunnels.
- Conduct user research and usabilitytesting to gather insights and validate hypotheses, iterating onproduct improvements baUsed on user feedback and dataanalysis.
- Monitor keymetrics and KPIs related to user acquisition, retention, andconversion, using analytics tools to track performance and identifytrends.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboardssummarizing growth initiatives and outcomes, communicating insightsand recommendations to stakeholders.
- Utilizedata-driven insights to inform decision-making and prioritizegrowth experiments and initiatives.
- Bachelor'sdegree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.Master's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years ofexperience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a relatedfield, with a proven track record of driving significant usergrowth and engagement.
- Strong analytical skillsand proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics,Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- Experience withA/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and other growthhacking techniques.
- Proficiency in digitalmarketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social mediaadvertising, email marketing, and contentmarketing.
- Excellent communication andcollaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionallyand influence stakeholders at alllevels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solvingskills, with a willingness to experiment and take calculatedrisks.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented,with a passion for continuous learning and professionaldevelopment.
