    Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

    Salary and Job Description:
    The role of a Dispatcher involves coordinating the transportation of goods and materials. This includes receiving and processing transportation requests, assigning drivers and vehicles, monitoring vehicle movement, and communicating with clients.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Receive and process transportation requests from clients.
    • Assign drivers and vehicles to transport goods and materials according to delivery schedules and customer requirements.
    • Monitor and track the movement of vehicles using GPS systems and communicate updates to clients and drivers.
    • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
    • Respond to any issues or delays that may arise during transportation and find solutions to minimize disruptions.
    • Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and update the system with relevant information.
    • Communicate with clients to provide updates on delivery status and address any concerns or complaints.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
    • Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or transportation is a plus.
    • 2+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proficiency in using GPS systems and dispatch software.
    • Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety procedures.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
    • Fluent in English; knowledge of Tagalog, Bengali, or Sinkala is an advantage.
