Key Responsibilities

Analyse results of strategies and tactics deployed by the portfolio of hotels on a monthly basis. Provide all reporting communication necessary to hotels teams, regional teams and ownership groups
Assists the CEO and Director
Asset Management on assignments by preparing reports or presentations in addition to conducting feasibility and market studies across the region.
Actively collate highlights and create summaries on research papers/white papers in addition to tracking current trends and important developments in the hospitality industry. Compile and update data bases with detailed market intelligence and data available across the hospitality industry, for hotel markets across chosen regions (i.e., Middle East, Europe etc.)
Performs administration, review, and analysis on financial performance of assigned property portfolios. Ensures process, procedures and workflow documentation regarding operational day to day functional activity are documented and accurately maintained

Experience & Skills

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent understanding of hotel financial and KPI's
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Expert Skill in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Must be able to multitask
Prior experience in GCC/Europe is desirable but not mandatory
Minimum 4 years' experience as a consultant in Hospitality Consulting Firm / Hotel Finance Executive / Hotel Asset Management for a 4 or 5star hotel in addition to minimum 4 years' experience in Revenue Management for a single asset or cluster role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from a reputable university
Promotes open, constructive and collaborative relations with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
