- 6+ yearsof progressive mergers and acquisitions experience in financialplanning
- Experience in HR Due diligenceanalysis, executing transactions in mergers and acquisitions froman Human Resources perspective
- MinimumBachelor's degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, Economics (finance/accounting) or a closely relateddiscipline or a combination of disciplines from a recognized andapproved program and also MBA or Master's degree ispreferred
- Certifications such as World at Workcertifications in Compensation and Merger & AcquisitionCertifications
- Solid Excel and Power pointskills as well as experience in creating complex presentations forsenior management
- Excellent project leadershipand analysis skills
- Strong leadership,interpersonal and relationship buildingskills
- Executive presence and experiencemanaging staff

- Global market knowledgepreferably in the oil and gas industry
