MinimumRequirements

• 6+ yearsof progressive mergers and acquisitions experience in financialplanning
• Experience in HR Due diligenceanalysis, executing transactions in mergers and acquisitions froman Human Resources perspective
• MinimumBachelor's degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, Economics (finance/accounting) or a closely relateddiscipline or a combination of disciplines from a recognized andapproved program and also MBA or Master's degree ispreferred
• Certifications such as World at Workcertifications in Compensation and Merger & AcquisitionCertifications
• Solid Excel and Power pointskills as well as experience in creating complex presentations forsenior management
• Excellent project leadershipand analysis skills
• Strong leadership,interpersonal and relationship buildingskills
• Executive presence and experiencemanaging staff
• Team player with strongattention to detail
• Global market knowledgepreferably in the oil and gas industry
• Strongverbal and written communicationskills
• Experience in Total Rewards especiallyin programs review, pay benchmarking, policy recommendation,incentive KPIs, and retention strategies
• Strongdeal experience with a track record of running deal teams as itrelates to HR
