We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our thriving business development team at a leading insurance broking firm in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
*New Business Generation: Conduct market research to identify new client segments and business opportunities.
Initiate contact with prospective clients, schedule meetings, and present the company's insurance solutions.
Sell various insurance products and services, including corporate insurance, life insurance, health insurance, and property insurance.
Monitor new trends and market changes within the insurance brokerage industry.
*Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Ensure client satisfaction and assist in resolving service-related issues.
*Strategic Development: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
Collaborate with management to set sales objectives and plans.
Participate in marketing and sales campaigns.
*Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, targets, and achievements.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
*Knowledge and Compliance: Possess a clear understanding of insurance regulations and laws in Dubai and the UAE.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
7 to 10 years of proven experience in the insurance brokerage industry, specifically in business development or sales.
In-depth knowledge of the insurance market in Dubai or the UAE.
Strong demonstrated ability to generate new business and cultivate client relationships.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English (spoken and written). Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
Valid UAE driving license and insurance license (preferred).
