Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to maximize sales performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities, establish client relationships, and foster longterm partnerships.
  • Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closure, ensuring excellent customer service at all stages.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales profile.
  • Indepth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including familiarity with local regulations and procedures.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resultsdriven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
