Description
1- Field Service EngineerJob: Full TimeLocation: Dubai, UAEDescription:Maintain cordial relationship with customers and be an enabler to generate sales enquiries.
Be ready to travel within the region and globally if required for service needs. Undertake training assignments for customer and channel partners as needed.Job Responsibilities:
Thorough knowledge of service requirements for Gas Chromatograph & FTIR, analyzer shelters and cabinets, possess adequate knowledge to commission, troubleshoot and service the analyzer systems, additional knowledge of CGA, CWA etc.
Handle customer site independently for service requirements like Commissioning, AMC, shutdown and emergency maintenance, telephonic support and training.
Excellent process knowledge and site requirements is must. Thorough planning and scheduling of activities to ensure maximum output within less time.
Plan for self-training well in advance for various products and solutions offered. Seek factory and SIU support as and when required to complete the activities.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Instrumentation Engineering.5+ years of experience in analytical products service.
Good knowledge & understanding of ABB analytical product portfolio.
Ability to work with multinational and multi-cultural team based globally.
