    Responsibilities:
    Hands-on running of our global finance operations in Asia, Middle East, and Europe: e.g.

    oversee external accounting service providers to ensure quality, handle invoicing, do monthly reporting, and manage cash flow and payroll processes.

    Manage our global budgeting, planning, and review process.

    Assure transparency on operational and financial key figures, which allows us to track progress on achieving our ambitious goals and manage our operations.

    Be the strategic business partner for our top management (executive and supervisory boards) on our growth journey, supporting and challenging them at eye's level? by analysing, identifying, and driving a wide variety of strategic topics.

    Drive our growth financially and strategically by identifying and executing measures to enhance both top and bottom-line performance.
    Deal with a wide variety of legal and governance questions, arising from our growing international footprint.
    Drive continuous improvement initiatives within and beyond the finance function, focusing on processes, systems, and governance.

    Lead and execute projects with a global scope, including the establishment of new legal entities, management of transfer pricing, and enhancing management reporting.

    Potentially build up propositions for our clients for the financial management of new business initiatives, e.g.

    encompassing portfolio strategy, the establishment or optimization of portfolio management, the definition of governance structures or the creation of financial management frameworks, etc.


    About you:


    5+ years experience in the field of financeStrong analytical and communication skillsStrong Excel SkillsAbility to navigate and effectively collaborate in intercultural environmentsGeneral understanding of IFRS and other accounting standards, as well as of handling international taxation (transfer pricing)Ideally experience in leading teamsProficient in English.

    German and Arabic are a plus
