- 8-12 years of professional workexperience out of which at least 4-6 are in consulting with aleading global consulting firm, with a proven portfolio of projectsin the rail and roads sector, preferably in the Middle East,advising tier-1 organization
- Experience instrategic planning, operational improvement, data analytics,operational transformation, junior team leadership, mid-tier clientman Demonstrated progression and advancement into positions ofgreater responsibility
- Demonstrated ability toimpact top and/ or bottom line financialresults
- Self-starter, eager to break newground, and create opportunities forothers
- Team-oriented and demonstrated successin delivering results and leading teams, significant managementresponsibility early in the career is aplus
- Exceptional analytical and quantitativeproblem solving skills
- Key areas of functionalexpertise include, but are not limited to, strategy development,strategic transformations, capability led transformations, strategyimplementation, corporate governance, operating models,etc
- Bachelors degree from a top-tier universitywith consistent outstanding academic record; advanced degree or MBAis preferred
