Job Description:

As a Lobby Hostess, you are responsible to receive and give a warm welcome to our guests, providing an efficient and courteous approach at all times.

What you will be doing:

To receive and give a warm welcome to our guests, providing an efficient and courteous approach at all times.
Engage in conversation with first time visitors, showing them the lobby and offering directions as required.
Prepare compendiums prior guest arrival and checkinto system if necessary
Demonstrate a commitment to personal guest service excellence
Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests

Qualifications:

Your experience and skills include:

Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
