Description

Welcoming visitors to site, providing information and offering support to visitors'

questions, ensuring all tenants, visitor clients experiences are memorable, unique and as

per the company standards.

Provide wayfinding and directional assistance to specific facilities and locations, with

exceptional customer service by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous and

professional manner.

Support People of Determination (PoD) and visitors with accessible needs.
Responding to people concerns and supporting or escalating as appropriate.
Ensure that any issues or incidents that could cause damage are treated with care and are escalated as required via your direct line Manager.

Maintain a high degree of self-discipline and personal appearance and maintain personal skills and knowledge.

Maintain a high level of personal fitness, work closely with different teams and personnel

at client's premises developing good team spirit, and enhance professionalism.

Ensure that you are presentable at work at adhere to the highest of standards shoes,

uniform, personal grooming etc.

Ensure you turn up on duty with the necessary kit and equipment that you have been

issued with to perform your role.

Ensure you conduct a handover/takeover brief with your guard in line with the standard

operating procedures for that post.

Ensure you carry out all daily routine tasks in line with your Post Order.
Assist when required with any additional daily tasks as requested.
Ensure regular communication with your line manager (Team Leader/Supervisor) where

appropriate or as required, to provide useful updates and to make them aware of any issues.

Manage the maintenance of logs as per requirements, which may include incident report movement of security assets, key issue and return log etc.
Ensure you report any kit and equipment losses or damages to your line manager.
Help to maintain a safe and secure environment for all clients, tenants and/or visitors as

required.

Ensure you are observing for signs of crime and disorder and that all disturbances are investigated.
Ensure that prohibited and restricted items and actions are identified and reported and handled in line with procedures covered in your training
Ensuring you remain vigilant to suspicious personnel and items all times during the event

Salary:
AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
