Business Development Manager &
Business Development (
Female) to join our
Sales & Marketing
Department.

The responsibility is to develop long-term relationships with customers, overseeing sales, and understanding the digital transformation challenges of a customer & explaining how these challenges could grow the customer business & reduce costs.

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve longterm success.
• Existing client retention to meet their needs by following up and providing them up to date presentations and demos with our new products, services, and solutions.
• Develop positive and strong solid relationships with clients.
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs.
• Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
• Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
• Set and track sales account, aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

• Preferred to have a knowledge in records management, digital transformation, software & assets management.
• Managing sales within a corporate setting.
• Proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Have a Knowledge of IT background & its tools.

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

• Driving License (required)
