SECTION I:
JOB PURPOSE

Program Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects within the organization, from the initial

ideation through to completion.

Program Manager will coordinate resources and processes to successfully deliver projects on time, within

budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.

The exact Program manager duties may vary depending on department's and Program's specificities and needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
  • Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
  • Act as a central point of communication for core team members, management, business partners and other project's stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Managing delivery of the project according to the plan
  • Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Ensure that the company and program standards, guidelines, and policies are maintained.
  • Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS


Educational and Technical Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT or Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in project and program management.
  • Proven experience in running multiple projects
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience in managing internal and external resources
  • Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification
  • Agile Certification is preferred

Language Skills:


  • English and Arabic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Years of Experience:


  • 8/10+ years' experience overall.

Nature of Experience:


  • 3+ years' experience in Programme management role.
