Summary:Maintains guest services in accordance with companystandards. Expedites guest transactions and ensures guestsatisfaction at the service desk. Controls all cash and mediamaterials.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities:

• Greets and acknowledges every guest;maintains solid product knowledge; and provides outstanding guestservice.
• Oversees and authorizes guest returns,exchanges, merchandise credits, check authorization, charge sends,rain checks and discretion discounts (i.e. competitive, employeesales, etc.); assures the completion of all PoS transactions andthe proper control of cash and media at PoSregisters.
• Helps train cashiers and crosstrainsother associates.
• Helps prepare daily deposits,change and media; some locations have access to safe combinationsand keys.
• Ensures compliance of companypolicies, procedures and practices; supports loss-preventionefforts.
• Oversees the productivity, breaks anddaily scheduling of cashiers; communicates performance issues tomanagement.
• Maintains front-endsupplies.
• Helps provide guest service, floormoves, housekeeping, display maintenance and merchandisereplenishment as needed.
• Covers cashier shiftswhen call-offs occur.
• Performs other duties asassigned.
