Job Details:

  • Coordinate with and manage the daytoday accounting activities with the senior accountants.
  • Perform or review bank account reconciliations and report to senior accountants.
  • Assist in performing general accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, job costing, and general ledger posting.
  • Contribute to establishing a clear and welldefined accounting process.
  • Assist in preparing billing invoices and the frontline responsibility for making appropriate decisions regarding payment prioritization of outstanding invoices.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and financial schedules.
  • Support the yearend audit process by preparing any request formalities as indicated by the senior responsible.
  • Posting daily receipts.
  • To record and maintain inventory lists. Review and file paperwork and reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance with experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, ERP.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
