Create, manage, and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase the visibility of the Innovations Group.
Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
Develop content for social media platforms, including website content, blog posts, images, videos, and podcasts.
Develop and administer surveys and polls to measure customer satisfaction and engagement.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
Monitor social media conversations and respond to inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Monitor competitors' social media presence and analyze their strategies.
Collaborate with Innovations Group colleagues to ensure brand consistency.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Lead or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
