Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Consultant, with a proven track record of success in the industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. With the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
Knowledge of the Dubai property market and regulations.
Valid UAE driving license.
Fluent in English and one of the following language is mandatory (Arabic French Russian Chinese )
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain an indepth understanding of the local property market and the latest trends.
Generate and follow up on leads and referrals to build a strong client base, identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Conduct property viewings with prospective clients and advise them on the best options available.
Manage your own portfolio of clients and properties, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time such as (Contracts Leases
Deeds
Closing Statements etc ).
Responsible for closing deals and achieving sales targets, while also ensuring that clients are satisfied with the outcome.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
Adhere to real estate laws and has good knowledge of finance, mortgage, and related government protocols.

Salary:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
