Job description:

We are looking for a Supervisor in our powder coating division.

  • As Powder Coating Supervisor you will be responsible for the health & safety standards ,purchasing, stock control and quality standards
  • Work with senior management to develop production planning tools and measurements.
  • Communicate plans and goals to Department Leads.
  • Proactively forecast manpower needs to meet schedule requirements and to manage production costs.

Education and Experience

  • GCC experience mandatory
  • Prior experience on same field is required
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Production Manufacturing. Sheet metal fabrication experience is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required.
  • Displays good working knowledge of production planning and monitoring.
  • Excellent knowledge of scheduling required.
  • Computer skills required.
  • Hindi speaking preferred

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- minimum 2 years supervising (required)
