- To be part of a Team assigned to the American Capital Markets undertaking daily trading activities, executing orders, verifying stock transactions, accepting, and delivering securities, tracking stock price fluctuations, computing equity values, and checking records of daily transactions and holdings.
- Supporting trade execution processes for trading on global markets across futures and options on asset classes like equities, bonds, currencies and commodities
- Creating trade strategies and sending trade signals to traders
- Monitoring production trading for risk and compliance issues and quickly responding to unusual behaviors or market conditions.
- Strategy Research & Development: Extensive research to formulate, analyze and enhance technical and macro trading strategies, ensuring they align with current market conditions and trends.
- Quantitative Modeling: Utilized machine learning models such as LSTM and linear regression, bolstered by Python programming, to improve trading strategies' performance and predictability.
- Track and analyze markets, explore trading opportunities and develop long/short trading strategies / signals.
- Execute pair trading plans, making position market neutral and obtain stable returns.
- Complete other related transactions and research tasks.
- Determine market trends and develops trading plans and strategies to maximize returns to the business and its customers.
- Ensure that all trading activities pertaining to the Capital Markets Department are within the regulatory requirements.
- Verify the relevant Trader's trading activities on a regular basis and checks whether they are adhering to all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
- Keep informed on the latest development in Finance and Securities Brokerage and review specialized publications and other similar sources to understand the developments in this area.

Qualifications:
• Mandatory to hold a minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Certifications: Technical Analysis knowledge (minimum CMT Level 1)
• CSI Exams: Introduction to Securities, Global Securities, Operational Risk, UAE Rules and Regulations (desirable).
• 2 years minimum research or trading experience with a stable and positive PnL trackrecord.
• Good at statistical analysis.
