    We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team and lead the delivery of impactful architectural projects.

    This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in architecture and project management to make a meaningful contribution to our mission.

    Responsibilities

    Lead with Vision:

    Take full ownership of the successful delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with client needs, organizational goals, and sustainability principles.


    Team Guidance:

    mentor and guide project teams through all phases, from concept to completion, while maintaining a focus on quality, timelines, and budget.


    Drive Strategic Decisions:
    provide informed, strategic input to navigate complex project challenges and opportunities.

    Oversee Design Excellence:
    Ensure all deliverables meet the standards of design and technical excellence of UNS.

    Project Financials:
    monitor project budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with expectations. Negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to achieve cost‑effective solutions without compromising quality.

    Mitigate Risks:
    identify potential risks early and develop strategies to address them.
    Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, particularly in the Middle East region and under LDC contracts.

    Collaborate with Stakeholders:
    foster open communication and build strong relationships to ensure project success.
    Job Requirements

    Education:
    A master's degree or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

    Certification:
    Professional license as an architect is preferred.

    Experience:
    Minimum of 3-5 years in architectural design, with at least 3 years in project management.

    Regional Expertise:
    Experience in the Middle East region, including familiarity with LDC contracts.

    Skills:
    Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
    Exceptional project coordination and risk management expertise.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    Strategic thinking and involvement in acquisition activities.
