KRA but not limited to:

Oversee production line operations. Monitor and evaluate performance, productivity, and quality to identify and resolve production challenges.

Lead team of 8-12 assembly-line workers. Manage overtime, schedules, discipline, and mentoring.

Maintain and develop a safe working environment by conducting shift audits and correcting issues immediately.
Control and monitor production activities and schedules; complete daily/monthly production reports.
Interpret blueprints and technical manuals; relayed information regarding company policies to associates.
Evaluate, adjust, and forecast supplies, components, and labor needs based on the customer production calendar/orders.
