• Assess and report on the projectperformance.
• Setup and manage projectmanagement frameworks in ARIC.
• Prepareprogress reports and presentations.
• Monitorprogress of the project using project managementframeworks.
• Support research activities inrobotics and materials science.
• Managetechnical and non-technical documentation.
• Preparing and providing documentation to ARIC project investigatorsand research teams
• Trackingcenter's finances and managing all center-relatedprocurement processes.
• Review all officialdocuments issued by the center, including: papers, patents, andmedia articles.
• Manage communication withother departments with the university including: media andfacilities management.
• Manage alladministrative processes related to hiring.
• Setup collaboration channels for all activities conducted inARIC.
• Ensure that the lab and any conductedexperiments adhere to safety regulations andstandards.
• Adhere to theUniversity's information security and confidentialitypolicies and procedures, and report breaches or other securityrisks accordingly.
• Perform any other tasksassigned by the Line Managers

Desired Skills andExperience

• Master's orBachelor's degree from a reputable university inengineering related disciplines
• Experiencewith Microsoft Office
