Job Summary:

As a Restaurant Manager at _Kutum Bari_, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that guests receive top-notch service, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Your leadership, experience, and passion for hospitality will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and memorable dining environment for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high service standards, addressing customer inquiries or concerns, and proactively seeking ways to enhance guest satisfaction.

Staff Development: Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members.

Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize restaurant profitability. Prepare and analyze financial reports.

Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

Inventory and Supply Chain: Oversee inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure a smooth supply chain.

Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns to drive business growth.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.


Qualifications:

• Minimum of 710 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant software and POS systems.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.

Salary:
AED3, AED6,000.00 per month
