    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team and play a key role in managing the financial operations of our real estate portfolio.

    The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in financial analysis and reporting.


    Responsibilities:
    Record, verify, consolidate, and enter transactions to ensure the integrity of accounting information.
    Prepare and record assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
    Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions, resolving discrepancies as needed.
    Maintain the general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing trial balances, and reconciling entries.
    Summarize financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial statements.
    Review monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
    Track and collect payments from clients, ensuring timely collection and professional communication.
    Collect and deposit all post-dated checks (PDC) from tenants into the bank on time.
    Monitor and control payments to suppliers, balancing company financial interests and supplier satisfaction.
    Prepare customer invoices and sales tax invoices.
    Prepare VAT filling report quarterly.
    Reconcile bank accounts weekly and prepare prepaid expenses reports monthly.
    Maintain daily recording in the accounting/ERP system to keep it updated.
    Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems, preferably Focus ERP software.
    Complete monthly reconciliation for company ledgers and trial balance.

    Provide monthly reports to the Chief Accountant and support external audit processes by analyzing general ledger accounts and providing information to auditors.

    Secure financial information by completing database backups and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.


    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA / CMA / IFRS Certificate holders preferred.3+ years of experience in real estate accounting, with a solid understanding of property management principlesDemonstrated understanding of real estate principles, including property management, leasing, and development.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ERP systems, preferably Focus ERP.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
