    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar role in the Construction industry.
    • Proven experience in managing and coordinating with vendors.
    • Strong knowledge of inventory management, cost analysis, materials management, vendor management, budgeting, purchasing, forecasting, supply chain management, negotiation, procurement, leadership, communication, bid, and architectural planning.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
    • Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead a team.
    • Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
