**#Public Relation Officer (PRO)

IN DUBAI**ENGISOFT ENGINEERING, a leading Dubai based BIM & Digital Engineering Company is looking for Qualified Professionals to join our expanding Talent Pool immediately
Collect and give regular updates on all labor and immigration standards from the government offices to keep the T&C office well informed for any changes in procedures and rules.
Submit, followup and gather all new work and business visas to guarantee that the visas are handled and processed on time.
Assure all business and trade Licenses are updated, followup on official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.
When the need arises, represent the company at different offices like Airport Embassies, Police Station, Ministries/Municipalities, and other government Departments.
Assist the office in determining any issues identified with organization vehicle registration and renewals.
Provide information and support the T&C department by making recommendations on best practices in order to make the process of getting residency permits faster and more efficient.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times
Follow up all expiries for active talents / associates (passport, visa, health card etc.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in English and have experience in Immigration procedures.
Must be motivated, energetic, and able to work as a part of a team.
Good communication and negotiation skills as the job is centered on communication with the client, colleagues, and government authorities.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to Visa and Immigration Consultancy.

ROLES & #RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Should holds an Architect or any Bachelor's Degree
Ø Proficient in Revit Architecture & Structure
Ø BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project setup.

Ø Helping technically to deliver BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM coordination by creating 3D coordinated BIM/Revit Design Models and documentation as per approved drawings and site coordination.

Ø Assist the project team in all technical BIM-related matters.
Ø Review of clash reports with the project team and the general contractor and lead this process when needed.
Ø Prepare reports and schedules for internal use (exports from Revit Architecture).
Ø Proficient in detail design and BIM Modeling up to LOD500
Ø Knowledge of BIM Standards such as PAS 1192, BS 1192, LOD Specs, etc.

SKILLS

General Skills and Info:
Ø 3-5 years of post-graduate experience in BIM
Ø Preferably from Kerala with Own Visa
Ø Must be available to join immediately
