Job overview:

We are a brand new children's entertainment venue with a location in Abu Dhabi and an upcoming location in Dubai.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to challenge themselves and take the next step on their Parkour coaching journey.

Working Structure:

We roughly follow the academic calendar, using term time and school holidays as our guide for scheduling our classes and camps.

This also influences the number of days worked per week, and the number of hours worked per day.

A guide to our annual working structure is as follows:

• 6 days per week; up to 48 hours of work; around 20 classes per week.

Support:

We expect applicants to be suitably experienced and/or qualified, but will provide an induction period which will allow you to familiarize yourself with the role, our processes and our company culture.

The supervisor responsible for the branch you'll be working in will hold performance review meetings, set tasks and help you to develop your skills over time.

What we are looking for:

We're looking for coaches who are passionate about Parkour and sharing its ethos and benefits to young people. Applicants should be existing Parkour practitioners willing to share ideas and play an active role within our community.

We're looking for people with a growth mindset who are keen to take on challenges.

The first challenge is relocating to another country We understand that this is a big commitment, but there's a ready-made support network of coaches who have already been through the same experience.

Essential

• An active practitioner of Parkour with at least 3 years of experience
• At least one year of relevant coaching experience
• Valid passport with at least 6 months before expiration
• Fluent in English
• Aligning with our values

Desirable

• Parkour Qualification
• First Aid Certification
• Child Protection Certification
• Driving license and car
• Fluent in Arabic

Salary:
AED5, AED7,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
