Responsibilities:
Support the sales operations team in executing and coordinating sales activities and processes. Assist in managing and maintaining the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate order processing, including order entry, invoicing, and tracking. Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights on key performance indicators and trends. Assist in managing sales territories and assignments, ensuring proper coverage and alignment. Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to facilitate seamless communication and execution of sales initiatives. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling inquiries. Help maintain sales documentation, including contracts, pricing information, and sales collateral. Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members on sales processes, tools, and systems. Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance sales operations efficiency and effectiveness.


Job Requirement:
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, operations, or a related field. Prior experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy, ensuring quality in sales-related documentation and reports. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and provide meaningful insights. Familiarity with sales processes, order management, and sales support functions. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
