Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures tailored to the call center and real estate operations.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to call center agents and real estate professionals to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call center and real estate operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on quality assurance performance to management.
