Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Manager. The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and executing day-to-day tasks associated with enhancing the customer experience. Tasks include communicating with guests to ensure customer satisfaction, providing customer service, training staff, and fostering a customer-centric culture.


Qualifications:

  • Strong Guest Relations, Communication, and Customer Service skills
  • A track record of driving and delivering excellent customer satisfaction
  • Ability to train and develop staff in areas of customer service and hospitality
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry and an understanding of luxury service standards
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to speak other languages, particularly Russian, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred

Salary:
AED7, AED10,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
