This is required for our sister company (Construction and IT Solutions Company)Job responsibilities
:
- Answering phone and directing calls.
- Scheduled appointments and conducted followup calls to clients
- Maintained office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies
- Provided clerical support to company employees by copying, faxing, and filing documents
- Efficient in preparation and management of documents such as memos instructed by the management, proposals, quotations, filing documents according to category.
- Handled daily scheduling tasks and provided administrative support for entire department.
- Tidying reception area, and receiving visitors appropriately.
- Keeping updated on the company records and files.
- Attending and organizing meetings by taking up minutes of meeting is necessary.
- Data entries and other related task.
REQUIREMENTS
:

Communication skills. Receptionists must speak and write clearly so that others may understand them.
-Customer-service skills. Receptionists represent an organization. As a result, they should be courteous, professional, and helpful toward the public and customers.
- Integrity. Receptionists may handle client and patient data, especially in medical and legal offices. They must be trustworthy and protect their clients' privacy.**:

. Receptionists should be comfortable interacting with people, even in stressful situations.
- Organizational skills. **Receptionists take messages, schedule appointments, and maintain employee files. They need good organizational skills to manage their diverse responsibilities.
