The role involves handling projects from initial client consultation and site survey to design development, presentation, and coordination with the execution team.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet homeowners to understand requirements and propose design solutionsConduct site surveys and take accurate measurementsPrepare technical drawings using AutoCADDevelop 3D visualizations using SketchUp / 3ds Max / V-RayPresent and sell design concepts to clientsEnsure compliance with Dubai local authority regulationsCoordinate with construction teams during execution
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Landscape ArchitectureExperience in residential landscape design and client handling
