A unique opportunity hasarisen for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join ourMiddle East Regional Team working with our business across SaudiArabia the UAE Oman Egypt and Turkey. As part of this role you willbe required to travel to all countries within the region to lead HRactivities.

Reporting to the Regional DirectorMiddle East key responsibilitiesare:

• Providing end to end operationalhuman resources support across the Middle East region covering allaspects of generalist HR
• Compensation andBenefits Management
• Recruiting talent to joinour high performing teams
• Lead the developmentand implementation of appropriate HR policies and practices acrossthe region
• Work with country and regionalmanagers to continually develop high performing engaged teams andindividuals who are focused on delivering exceptional outcomes forIDP

RequiredSkills

You will be an assertiveselfstarter with extensive relevant operational HR experience abackground of working in a strategic HR environment be a superiorcommunicator and confident in your ability to deliver practical HRoutcomes in a fastpaced and demanding environment withoutcompromising quality or integrity.

Professionalbackground/ experience:
1 Minimum 3 years experienceleading an HR function with a small to medium size team
2Previous experience operating in a matrix structure
3Significant operational HR experience
4 Able tocommunicate effectively across the region (English/Arabic writtenand verbalrequired)
