    Description

    Job Purpose

    The Data Analyst will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and process improvements. His/her work will be instrumental in monitoring, controlling, and optimizing Maintenance & Asset Management processes and ensuring the highest levels of service quality.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Gather and clean data from CAFM/CMMS and other databases.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies affecting Asset or Operational Performance.
    • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate key performance indicators and insights to key stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights.
    • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data through quality checks and validation processes.

    Qualifications, Experiences, & Skills

    • Business Intelligence / Data Visualization Tools certifications
    • Mechanical/Electrical Engineering studies is a plus
    • Proven experience in data quality control, data auditing, or data management
    • At least 5 years in facility management, with direct exposure to CAFM/CMMS with performance reporting responsibilities
    • Strong data analysis and statistical skills.
    • Familiarity with data quality assessment and auditing processes.
    • Proficiency in data manipulation, data cleaning, and data visualization. Power BI or equivalent Data Visualization tool is a must.
    • Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
    • Familiar with CAFM/CMMS and related tools' Key Data/Database
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
    • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
    • Time management and organization skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
