Asyan Properties is a well-established start-up Real Estate organization that specializes in multiple projects across the Middle East, is looking to add to their business the position of Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, motivate and monitor the team's performance
- Understand industryspecific trends
- Prepare sales reports
- Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team
- Develop effective training programs to help agents advance their product knowledge, selling, and negotiation skills
- Regularly plan and conduct team meetings and sales team training
- Be involved in the acquisition, interviewing, and hiring process for the sales team
Qualifications:
- 4+ years' of sales leadership experience
- 7+ years' of experience in Dubai real estate.
- UAE DL & Car
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills
- Strong decision maker
Salary:
AED10, AED20,000.00 per month
Experience:
Dubai Real Estate: 4 years (required)
