Asyan Properties is a well-established start-up Real Estate organization that specializes in multiple projects across the Middle East, is looking to add to their business the position of Sales Manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage, motivate and monitor the team's performance
  • Understand industryspecific trends
  • Prepare sales reports
  • Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team
  • Develop effective training programs to help agents advance their product knowledge, selling, and negotiation skills
  • Regularly plan and conduct team meetings and sales team training
  • Be involved in the acquisition, interviewing, and hiring process for the sales team

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years' of sales leadership experience
  • 7+ years' of experience in Dubai real estate.
  • UAE DL & Car
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills
  • Strong decision maker

Salary:
AED10, AED20,000.00 per month


Experience:

Dubai Real Estate: 4 years (required)
