- 5-10 years of experience in carbon accounting and validation, energy and environmental consulting, environmental policy, climate tech, cleantech or a related industry
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of carbon markets and the broader ecosystem
- Exceptional leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Track record of driving growth and success in previous roles
- Ability to work in dynamic, fast paced environments, proven experience hyper-scaling startups preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Master's / MBA preferred
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the sustainable energy sector
