Role Purpose:

Provide specialized facial treatments, skin analysis, and personalized skincare consultations to enhance skin health, address concerns, and deliver exceptional client experiences in a beauty/wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Facial Treatments & Skincare:
<\/div>

• Perform various facial treatments including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, hydrating facials, anti -aging treatments, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion

<\/div>

• Conduct thorough skin analysis using specialized tools and techniques

<\/div>

• Assess skin type, conditions, and concerns (acne, aging, pigmentation, sensitivity, dehydration)

<\/div>

• Customize facial treatments based on individual skin needs and goals

<\/div>

• Apply face masks, serums, moisturizers, and specialized products

<\/div>

• Perform facial massage techniques to stimulate circulation and lymphatic drainage

<\/div>

• Use facial equipment such as steamers, high -frequency machines, LED light therapy, and microcurrent devices

<\/div>

<\/div>

Client Consultation & Care:
<\/div>

• Conduct detailed consultations to understand client skin concerns, medical history, and lifestyle factors

<\/div>

• Recommend personalized skincare routines and home care products

<\/div>

• Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and product usage

<\/div>

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

<\/div>

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records and treatment history

<\/div>

• Build lasting relationships through professional service and expertise

<\/div>

Hygiene & Safety:
<\/div>

• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards for all tools, equipment, and treatment rooms

<\/div>

• Follow health and safety protocols and infection control procedures

<\/div>

• Ensure treatment areas are clean, organized, and welcoming

<\/div>

• Monitor and maintain inventory of skincare products, tools, and supplies

<\/div>

• Dispose of waste materials properly and maintain hygiene standards

<\/div>

Professional Development:

• Stay updated on latest facial techniques, skincare innovations, and industry trends

<\/div>

• Attend training sessions, workshops, and certification programs

<\/div>

• Continuously improve skills in advanced facial treatments and new technologies

Requirements:
<\/div>

• Certification or diploma in Facial Therapy, Aesthetics, or Cosmetology from a recognized institution

<\/div>

• Valid aesthetician or beauty therapy license (if required by UAE regulations)

<\/div>

• 2 -5 years of professional experience as a Facial Expert or Aesthetician

<\/div>

• Expertise in facial treatments, skin analysis, and skincare product knowledge

<\/div>

• Strong understanding of skin anatomy, physiology, and conditions

<\/div>

• Excellent communication and client service skills

<\/div>

• Attention to detail and ability to create customized treatment plans

<\/div>

• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

<\/div>

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
