Group Head of Strategy/Chief Strategy Officer/Chief of Staff


A leading bank in UAE is looking to appoint a Group Head of Strategy to work closely with the Group CEO and the Executive Team to lead the design and strategic planning across the Bank.

The Chief Strategy Officer/ Chief of Staff, is responsible for working closely with the GCEO to help drive the strategic agenda for the Group at an Enterprise level across core business lines and corporate functions.

In addition to acting as the 'Trusted Advisor' to the GCEO on any/all key strategic items, the role will also be an essential contributor on strategic thinking and execution to drive future growth and innovation across the Bank.
