We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Recruitment Manager to ensure on-time quality placement for our job openings & sustainable expansion of our team:/Job Responsibilities:

Сollaborate with Co-founders & Department Managers to identify the hiring needsBuild requirements, create JDs, role cards, set up qualification criteriaBuild and documents hiring strategies, process and plansSet up targets, KPIs and budgetsBuild assignments & testsReview candidates and provide feedback to the teamHire, manage and train hiring teamConducts daily, weekly, monthly meetingsSet up & manage softwares for automationReview and improve hiring metricsResolve issues and find creative solutionsCollaborate with the team and work toward making the hiring process more effective & quickerIdentify & manage risksDevelop and expand the Employer brandEnsure quality hiresExpand the pool of available resources


Job Requirements:
Prior experience building start up teams & departments (marketing industry experience is a big PLUS, almost a must:)In-depth understanding of hiring funnel & structured hiring processesSales, analytical and negotiation skillsHighly organized individual with well-developed time management skills
