HR Assistant - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - SID LLC
Description
To maintain and update the basic data related to employee information in order to facilitate processing of personnel functions- Keep all the employee records ranging from recruitment to the current status of the employee.
- Gather information for the database from the established channels of communication by interacting and following up
- Introduce the employees to different departments
- To collect & segregate data and make them available to the superior in order to support various HR & Administrative functions
- Liaise with other sections in the department to collect data and documents related to employees
- Keep all the registers and records updated for the data collection and processing in the section
- To support the new employees during the induction period in order to support the 'transfer in process' into company.
- Coordinate to arrange ID, cash advance and signing of contract.
- Assist the presentations delivery to new employees
- Assist the new employees to open bank accounts, driving license and mobile connections
- Coordinate with administrators for site allocation
- Coordinate medical tests for new employees
- To input data into and emanate information from the ERP in order to support all HR & Administration functions
- Collect & sort all memos from sites and other departments and make entries in the ERP.
- Work with Administrators / Coordinators to get update employee information and enter them in the ERP.
- Prepare various reports from the ERP to assist the functions, as required by the superiors
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
