Minimum 10 Years UAE experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet project requirements and budget constraints.
  • Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms for materials and services.
  • Review and approve purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to determine material requirements and delivery schedules.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and pricing to identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Ensure all purchased items meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Manage inventory levels and minimize excess inventory.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Purchase Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on luxury villa projects.
  • Indepth knowledge of Civil and Fit-Out materials, suppliers, and market trends.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and purchasing software.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Certification in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
