Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Leasing Manager to join our team.

A Leasing Manager will be responsible for supporting the efficient management of our properties and overseeing various aspects of property leasing, rental, and sales.

In addition to the general responsibilities of an Assistant Property Manager, the role is specifically including the following:


Lead Generation and Tenant Acquisition:

Implement effective strategies to generate leads for property leasing and sales.


Utilize online platforms and property listing websites such as Bayut, Property Finder, and others to promote available properties and attract potential tenants and buyers.

Respond promptly to inquiries, conduct property viewings, and negotiate lease agreements or sales contracts.


Property Leasing and Rental Management:

Assist in managing the leasing process, including tenant screening, lease agreement preparation, and move-in/move-out procedures.

Coordinate property showings and conduct thorough tenant background checks.

Handle lease renewals and ensure timely rental collection and arrears management.


Sales and Marketing:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote property sales.

Prepare property listings, brochures, and online advertisements to attract potential buyers.

Coordinate property inspections for interested buyers and facilitate sales transactions.


Website and Online Platform Management:

Take ownership of managing property listings on various online platforms, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

Monitor and respond to inquiries and lead received through online platforms promptly and professionally.

Regularly review and optimize property listings and advertising campaigns to maximize visibility and lead generation.


Tenant and Owner Relationship Management:

Maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns, and resolving any issues that arise promptly and effectively.

Liaise with property owners, providing them with regular updates on property performance, rental income, and market trends.


Qualifications:


Minimum 10 years of experience in property management and 4 years in leasing, or real estate sales, particularly in Dubai, is highly desirable.

Knowledge of the local real estate market, including regulations, trends, and popular property listing websites.

Strong sales and negotiation skills to secure tenants and buyers and achieve property occupancy and sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with tenants, property owners, and prospective clients.

Proficiency in using property management software, online listing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.


Valid UAE driving license, Car immediate joining is preferred.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED10, AED15,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
