    Description
    • Lead brands' growth,develop new brands geographically and expand existing brands in newmarkets based on a market commercialanalysis
    • Visit and inspect stores in order toensure proper functioning of the operation and the correct pricingand display of the merchandise; coordinate with Window Dresserstheir schedules and work plans
    • Selectcollection products in accordance with market trends and analyzethe market segment at which the store product is aimed, along withprices and competition to provide brand related reports and data asrequested
    • Coordinate activities ofmerchandising departments to obtain optimum efficiency ofoperations with minimum cost in order to maximizeprofits
    • Ensure the terms, conditions and rulesof the franchise and lease agreements are duly implemented andrespected
    • Plan and organize events, preparepromotions, sales and special collection for the brand incoordination with the Marketing department and the suppliers inorder to maximize sales of the brand
    • Coordinatewith Senior Brand Manager and Country Manager to set the budget ofthe season, and verify that standards for sales, rotation and lossare established
    • Plan layout of stock room,warehouse and other storage areas, considering turnover, size,weight and related factors of items stored in order to facilitatestock control and sales inventory
    • Proactivelyput in place action plans when targets are not reached, and takefull ownership and accountability over the shops P&Laccount
    • Recruit, train, motivate and evaluatehis/her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skillbase and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximizetheir potential and contribution to thecompany

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree inBusiness Administration or equivalent
    • 5 yearsof experience in a similar role, experience in sports brand is aplus.
    • Fluency in English; Spanish, Italian orFrench is a plus
    • Proficiency in MSOffice
