Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Revenue Manager.

The Reservations Revenue Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day reservations, analyzing revenue and occupancy trends, and creating revenue management strategies to optimize property revenue.

The role involves working closely with the Sales and Operations team to identify and maximize opportunities for revenue growth in the holiday homes market in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.


Key responsibilities

  • Manage the Revenue and Reservations Department
  • Implementation of revenue strategies, rates monitoring
  • Manage Online Travel Agents, conduct regular audits
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and pricing
  • Deployment of new promotions with marketing techniques.
  • Preparing & Compiling Monthly Reports, Daily Production Report, Business on the books
  • Initiate promotion in order to generate business
  • Analyze overall monthly performance
  • Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates
  • Monitor and assess performance of reservations team, training
  • Implement process for guest communication and ensure future guests are contacted in a timely manner, template messages

Qualifications

  • Analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Experience in Revenue Management or related field, with a strong background in pricing and yield management techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
  • Indepth understanding of reservations systems and processes
  • Experience with revenue analysis and forecasting
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • Master's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is a plus

Salary:
AED10, AED15,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- revenue management: 2 years (preferred)
