    Prepare Management Papers, Memos and Minutes of meeting/MattersArising
    Prepare Global forum speaking presentation slides and
    Follow-up and coordination of tasks with internal and externalstakeholders
    Keeping track of stationeryinventory
    Any other ad hoc duties

    Requirements



    Diploma in Business Administration or related studies with at least3 years of relevantexperience
    Knowledge of office management skills and ability to multi-task andprioritize
    Attention to detail and problem-solving
    Strong time management and organizationalskills
    Proficient in MS Office Applications which includes Microsoft Word,Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and AdobeAcrobat
