Responsibilities

  • Researching and outreach of the suitable marketing partners
  • Monitoring competitors' activities to identify their strategies for growth within their industry
  • Monitoring of leading health and femtech brands who could be potentially good fits for Mira
  • Managing new b2b and marketing partnership projects
  • Coordinating with crossfunctional departments (b2b, content, ecommerce, developers) to launch highquality projects on time
  • Evaluate and research the project (product) before launching
  • Evaluate newly launched projects for effectiveness
  • Attending relevant events (webinars, meetings, femtech events, etc.)
  • Reporting results and brand awareness metrics
  • Assistance in proofreading and content creation (influencers campaigns, crossmarketing projects)
  • Support of HOD in Influencer marketing campaigns (competitors' research, planning, Influencer marketing trends, etc.)

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and project management or a similar role.
  • Entrepreneurial and comfortable with changing environments as well as multiple overlapping projects.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in multichannel marketing work.
  • Bias to action mindset you're comfortable making quick decisions and putting plans in motion.
  • Integrity and humility you're open and honest and not afraid to admit when you don't have all the answers.
  • Strong project management skills setting project timelines, tracking progress, working effectively with crossfunctional teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within the scope.
  • Knowledge of current industry trends and ability to stay uptodate with the latest developments in marketing and partnerships.
  • Communication skills effectively communicating with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Fluent or native English proficiency with the ability to proofread.

The role is a remote and part-time - 80-hour workweek, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap with the US team.
