Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding the products they need
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet their requirements
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including keeping merchandise shelves stocked and organized
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Learn about new products and promotions and effectively communicate this information to customers
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and services to customers
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail sales experience in sports outlet is an added advantage
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills and proficiency with computers and POS systems
Salary:
AED2, AED2,300.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Retail sales in Sports outlet in
UAE:
2 years (preferred)
