- Strategy, Policy andProcedures
- Provide guidelines for the overallcorporate strategy formulation to ensure alignment between thegroup and subsidiaries.
- Translate the approvedinvestment strategy (incl. revisions) into M&Atargets.
- Oversee the implementation ofinnovation strategies are integrated with the group andsubsidiaries plans
- Oversee and approve thepreparation and consolidation of the overall budgets fordepartment.
- Assist the GCEO in providingperiodic status updates to the Board on strategic issues related tobusiness of the group in order to keep them updated and takeapprovals on key decisions.
